Totally recommend for a weekend pause

Immaculate property, welcoming staff. we enjoyed the clean, spacious villa with all the necessary kitchen utensils and the relaxing outdoor pool access, making our Universal Studios trip convenient as it was only 30 km away.

we had an amazing time during our stay. the spacious 3 bedroom deluxe villa with bbq grill exceeded our expectations from previous visits to kissimmee. it was beautifully decorated and perfectly located near theme parks, which made our trip easy and enjoyable.

We found the property very clean and appreciated that each friend had their own bedroom and bathroom. The BBQ grill and patio made for a lovely outdoor gathering space after a day at the parks.

Had a great time with friends! The place is perfect for group trips, right by Orlando's theme parks. We enjoyed BBQ nights and played tennis at the lovely facility. Just a heads up, the kitchen was a bit understocked, which made cooking tougher than expected. Overall, it’s a safe and comfortable spot to stay.

One downside for us was the kitchen not being well stocked. We had to get a few essential items which could have been provided from the start.

The villa was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped for my business needs, with a comfortable workspace and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was ideal, conveniently close to all major attractions, making my commute very manageable. I appreciated the quick maintenance response when I requested extra kitchenware, which was delivered promptly. The hot tub provided a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

The 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villa with BBQ Grill and Hot Tub was super spacious. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances like a dishwasher and a microwave. The outdoor space was perfect for grilling and relaxing in the private hot tub after a long day. Cleanliness was on point!

Our family had a wonderful 6-night stay in the spacious villa, enjoying the well-equipped kitchen and the ease of parking right outside. We loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and making use of the BBQ facilities for family dinners. Just a heads up, the bedroom lacked some storage space, but it didn’t ruin our trip! 😊

i loved how clean the property was and that it had everything we needed. it’s located in a peaceful gated area, which made our stay enjoyable. the staff was very professional and kind, always ready to help. we had so much fun using the pool at the clubhouse, and the location was perfect for our trip to universal studios.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay in a spacious 4-bedroom villa. The kids loved the pool area, and we appreciated the kitchen amenities like a large fridge. A toaster would have added convenience. Pro tip, bring your favorite snacks for movie nights!

This place is perfect for families with children! We loved the spacious villa that had a BBQ grill and a lovely pool area. It was just a short drive to Disney, making it an ideal spot for our vacation with colleagues.
